  • Lead Information Security Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor and manage Information Security Profile and Events.
    • Assess and improve the security posture of an enterprise network with Malware Analysis and Threat Intelligence Exchange.
    • Configure and tune McAfee SIEM Nitro, ePO and ESM.
    • Responsible for F5 LTM, FireEye HX device configurations and events.
    • Configure McAfee Advanced Threat Defense (ATD), Threat Intelligence Exchange (TIE) and Vulnerability Manager for integration with McAfee SIEM & ePO (ePolicy Orchestrator).
    • Configure McAfee DLP, Web Gateway, IPS, HIPS and Virus Scan for security event collection.
    • Monitor security events from Mobile Iron Core, Cisco ISE and Firemon devices.
    • Escalate, analyze and prepare the patching procedures.
    • Coordinate security analysts and implement escalation procedures.
    • Assess for PCI & HIPAA compliance.
    • Utilize Network and Host Intrusion Detection and Prevention and Data Loss Prevention.
    • Responsible for Vulnerability Management and System Security Management and Risk Analysis and Policy Management.
    • Utilize Application Security and System Security and Disk and File Level Encryption Solutions.
    • Responsible for Incident Handling and Analysis and Security Architecture and Network Security.

    Requirements

    • B.S. Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Network Secrurity or in a related field.
    • 5 years in Information Security or related field.
    • 2 years of experience in:
      • - Malware Analysis and Threat Intelligence Exchange
      • - Network and Host Intrusion Detection and Prevention
      • - Application Security and System Security
      • - Data Loss Prevention
      • - Vulnerability Management and System Security Management
      • - Security Architecture and Network Security
      • - Risk Analysis and Policy Management
    • Up to 10% domestic travel.

  • Microsoft Dynamics AX Implementation Lead

    Responsibility

    • Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation/delivery incharge and project management.
    • Should lead the team of consultants, developers, business analysts, and should coordinate with stake-holders.
    • Should design and steer the implementation, users and stakeholders towards the best business practices, and convince the decision makers and deliver to the client’s satisfaction.
    • Lead pre-sales process.
    • Conduct presentations and seminars for prospective users.

    Requirements

    • B.S. Degree or above.
    • 10+ years ERP and 6+ year DAX implementation experience.
    • Good knowledge of business process, hands-on experience in production, supply chain and financial aspects of the product. Implementation experience in a manufacturing environment is a must.
    • Excellent skill of writing, analysis, customer handling, ability to document and extract requirements from observation of customer business process, giving presentations.
    • Be able to travel anywhere in the United States, for 50% of the time.
    • Have a good understanding of database, web technologies and underlying AX architecture.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills.
    • Should have led the team using Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step methodology.
    • Fluent spoken and written English.
    • Ability to multi-task and multiple projects at the same time. Should be able to provide guidance to multiple stakeholders, at various stages of the project.

    Responsibility

    • Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) application and implementation.
    • Work with consulting and development teams to implement DAX system.
    • Understand and document clients’ requirements, follow-up for approval and deliver to the client’s satisfaction.
    • Conduct user training and provide support & best-practices.
    • Involve in pre-sales stage.
    • Conduct presentations and seminars for prospective users.

    Requirements

    • B.S. Degree or above.
    • 5+ years ERP and 2+ year DAX implementation experience.
    • Good knowledge of business process, experience in manufacturing environment is a must.
    • Excellent skill of writing, analysis, customer handling, ability to document and extract requirements from observation of customer business process, presentation development expertise.
    • Be able to travel anywhere in the United States, for four days a week, on a regular basis.
    • Dynamics AX application experience is essential, at least in two of these modules - Financial, Trade & Logistic, Warehouse and Manufacturing. Certification preferred.
    • Have a good knowledge of database, web technologies and underlying AX architecture.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills.
    • Be familiar and should have used Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step methodology.
    • Fluent spoken and written English.
    • Ability to work with AX Developers and test the software delivery end-to-end.
    • Ability to multi-task and deal with ambiguity, rapid change, and focus adjustment between high-level and detail.

    • Work with consultants, development and Infrastructure teams to implement and upgrade DAX system.
    • Provide expertise during assessment, installation, configuration and deployment phases.
    • Create Reports and Workflows.
    • Should be able to work with client’s IT, assess license needs and hardware requirements.
    • Assess the security aspects of integrations and customizations.
    • Conduct IT training and provide best AX system maintenance practices.

    Requirements

    • B.S. Degree or above.
    • 3+ years with Microsoft ERP software and technologies.
    • Be able to travel anywhere in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
    • Have a sound working knowledge of database, web technologies and underlying AX infrastructure.
    • Fluent spoken and written English.
    • Ability to work with AX Developers, AX Consultants, Clients’IT, Warehousing and Accounting staff.

    • Have a functional understanding of databases and web technologies.
    • Strong communication and good presentation skills.
    • Fluent spoken and written English.
    • Ability to multi-task, and to focus on detail while keeping the high-level understanding.
